Madhvi Machchhar joined the firm as a Conveyancer in April 2021. Madhvi has experience in dealing with residential freehold and leasehold sale, purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity and lease extension transactions, including high-value transactions. Madhvi has also acted for both buyers and sellers of properties at auction, is able to meet the stringent timescales associated with auction properties and works diligently to ensure all transactions run smoothly.
Madhvi has experience dealing with different types of clients ranging from first-time buyers to property investors and developers. Madhvi is able to tailor her working style to meet the needs of each of her individual clients. She is aware that both dream homes and bargain-buys can be hard to come by, and adopts a solutions-based approach to her conveyancing practice to ensure completion of her transactions.
