Secretary
Ellie Maslen is the Wills and Probate Department secretary. She is the first point of contact for clients who are calling to arrange appointments, either to speak with a solicitor about their case or to book a will signing.
Due to the nature of the work undertaken by the department clients are often phoning at a very difficult time, experiencing very stressful situations and in a heightened emotional state.
Ellie prides herself on understanding the situation that many clients are facing when first calling us and being able to assist in a professional yet empathetic manner. She is a valuable member of the team and the department would not be the same without her!
